Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Completes repairs in the nursing facility timely and properly, including minor plumbing, limited electrical, wall repairs, minor mechanical and minor equipment repairs Completes preventative maintenance tasks as directed, per schedule Works on small renovation projects as needed Performs room changes Qualifications 1 years of maintenance experience in skilled nursing facility or apartment building Very organized. Fast worker.
