ongoing training and growth opportunities. Maintenance Assistant Job Summary As Maintenance Assistant, you'll do a variety of tasks, like fixing small problems and doing important proactive work. Your hard work will help keep our buildings and equipment working well and looking good.
Responsibilities:
Fix both small and big problems to keep our community running smoothly. Do regular maintenance to make sure everything looks nice and is comfortable for residents and staff. Work closely with the Maintenance Director to update them on systems, issues and remedies. Quickly and effectively respond to maintenance requests to keep residents safe and happy. Keep your work area clean and organized, and always follow safety rules.
Qualifications:
It's great if you've fixed things before, but we'll teach you if you're eager to learn. Know how to do preventive maintenance to stop problems before they happen. Work with others effectively. Pay attention to details and solve problems carefully. Care about making a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
