Landscaper / Maintenance Technician / General Laborer

NYM Group is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team in full-time roles supporting landscaping, property maintenance, general labor, and seasonal snow removal operations. Requirements:

Applicants must have a valid, clean driver's license and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform landscaping services including mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal clean-ups Complete general property maintenance and site upkeep Assist with repairs including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks Perform exterior maintenance such as power washing, asphalt and concrete repairs, and cold patching Conduct site walks to identify debris, hazards, and maintenance needs Provide porter, cleaning, and janitorial support as needed Complete signage repairs, sheetrock work, and general property improvements Perform snow removal services including shoveling, salting, and operating snow equipment Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently Assist with general labor tasks including lifting, loading, and site preparation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and report issues immediately

Qualifications:

Prior experience in landscaping, maintenance, general labor, or snow removal preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including winter storms Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Valid driver's license required Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and on-call during snow events Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday Flexibility required based on seasonal demands and weather conditions May include overnight shifts depending on job assignments

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on experience and skill level
