SUNDAY - THURSDAY 40 HOURS PER WEEK PERFORMS SEMI-SKILLED, MANUAL AND SERVICING WORK INVOLVING VARIOUS MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES OF PARKING FACILITIES AND BUILDINGS. OPERATES TRUCKS, SWEEPERS, POWER TOOLS, PRESSURE WASHERS, AND SNOW PLOWS. PERFORMS CUSTODIAL WORK AND PAINTING. MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICIATIONS
GRADUATION
FROM HIGH SCHOOL OR VOCATIONAL SCHOOL. ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN MAINTENANCE. EXPERIENCE IN SNOW PLOWING PREFERRED. VALID CT DRIVER'S LICENSE.
