SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL TO PERFORM MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS IN MANUFACTURED HOUSING COMMUNITIES. ARE YOU A BUSY BEE, A PROBLEM SOLVER AND JACK OF ALL TRADES?
Carpentry, plumbing and electrical experience helpful with ability to be flexible for interior and exterior work environment. Landscaping, walkways, mobilehome set ups; always a different day. Valid CT Driver's License and ability to obtain Medical Card. Applications by email only.
