Job Description

General maintenance person to work in mobile home park in Shelton is needed. Work is mostly outdoors, full time, Monday thru Friday. Familiar working with hand tools and small power equipment required. Must have current driver's license with clean record. Work includes general landscaping, carpentry, asphalting, maintain water and sewer lines, snow plowing and sanding in winter with small equipment. Work on weekends and nights when needed for plowing or emergencies. Will train but must have basic skill set, and good with people. Must speak English and be able to work independently. Pay is competitive.
