Facilities Maintenance Worker

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Locksets & Door Hardware Install, repair, and maintain locksets and door hardware. Cut new keys as needed (training provided). Acoustic Ceilings Install, repair, and replace acoustic ceiling tiles and grid systems, ensuring proper alignment and a finished appearance.

Drywall / Sheetrock

Perform drywall installation, patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and surface preparation for painting or finishing. Furniture Assembly & Reconfiguration Assemble, install, and reconfigure modular office furniture according to layout plans, ensuring safety and stability. Flooring Perform minor installation, repair, and maintenance work on various flooring types. General Building Maintenance Replace lighting (bulbs and tubes), install or replace outlet covers and switch plates, and assist with general facility upkeep as needed.
