Maintenance Assistant Join the Prestige Healthcare Services Team at Ocean Grove Post Acute in Millsboro, Delaware! We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Ocean Grove Post Acute, a leading provider of short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation care. As a member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and contributing to an exceptional patient experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Maintenance Director in performing routine maintenance and repair work to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards Collaborate with other facilities team members to achieve efficient and effective maintenance operations Participate in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance needs About the

As a Maintenance Assistant at Ocean Grove Post Acute, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and customer service. Requirements:
2 years of maintenance experience preferred Technical school education preferred Possess a general understanding of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations
