Job Description

Building and grounds maintenance position for property located on 600 beautiful acres of land .
Employment type:
full-time Non-profit organization This is a Senior position to two person maintenance team but the following skills are a required and/or a plus: Must have working knowledge of tractors, riding mowers and general maintenance equipment such as chain saws, pressure washers, etc. Handy man knowledge of construction, building repairs such as building or replacing wood on decks, plumbing, and small electrical repairs. Ability to run crew, plan daily schedule, implement scheduled projects, and work with management. Must be honest, organized, and friendly. Non-smoking on premises. Background checked.
