Maintenance Worker

Ideal for a retiree. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, painting, electrical, and HVAC components. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as tree trimming, gardening, and lawn care to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy. Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to support horticultural health. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining various building systems and outdoor equipment. Hands-on experience with landscaping tasks such as mowing, landscape maintenance, tree care, and gardening. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
