Pool Maintenance Worker

Duties Perform regular pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets to keep pools sparkling. Conduct routine water quality testing and adjust chemical levels to ensure safe and balanced swimming conditions. Inspect pool equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters, and chlorinators; notify technicians for complex issues. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and equipment repairs for compliance and reporting purposes. Support overall site cleanliness by maintaining surrounding areas and ensuring safety standards are met at all times. Requirements Demonstrated knowledge with experience for maintenance is highly preferred. Prior experience in pool maintenance roles is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to track chemical levels and maintenance schedules. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday. Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques, chemical handling procedures, and safety standards is desirable.
