North Central Florida Regional Housing Authority (NCFRHA)Location:
Bronson, Florida The NCFRHA is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join its team. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. This position offers excellent benefits, with salary based on experience.Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Ability to pass a stringent drug and background check
- Strong work ethic: motivated, dependable, and personable
- Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and staff
- HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
