Job Description

Overview This is a floating position. 3 Days in Brooksville 2 Days in NPR We are a growing company and pride ourselves in caring for seniors at our multiple assisted living facilities. We are seeking a skilled maintenance assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and systems within our facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment and systems.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the implementation of maintenance programs to ensure efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and complete work orders.
  • Fabricate, install, and maintain equipment as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal departments.
  • Housekeeping tasks as needed.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
