As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Job Responsibilities Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas Assist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving Maintain the facility ground Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results Qualifications Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent Two (2) years' experience as a building trade helper, apprentice or equivalent preferred You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done What We Offer Competitive pay, along with holiday pay and paid time off (PTO) program Access to online learning 24/7: Use it for free to help satisfy your personal and leadership development 401k with a match!
