This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and smooth operation of our residential facilities. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the property. This position is perfect for someone with a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating a comfortable living environment for residents. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, appliances, and fixtures to ensure optimal operation. Perform repairs related to minor plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and general building maintenance Carry out residential painting, replacing faucets, fixing toilets, etc and other handyman tasks to maintain property aesthetics and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Assist with supervising or coordinating external contractors or vendors during specialized repair projects. Support facilities maintenance efforts by troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or residential building repair. Some minor electrical experience, including working with wiring, switches, outlets, and PLCs. Skilled in plumbing, AC Maintence and repair Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and residents.
