Maintenance - Grounds and Maintenance Asssistant - Part Time

About us Horizon House, Inc. of Clearwater is a 15 story condominium style building in Clearwater Beach, FL. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team. We are looking for a reliable person to join our maintenance team. This Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant will assist with general maintenance, painting, and repair of our facility. The position requires working 8-5 each Thursday and Friday, with the opportunity for additional work. You should have familiarity with making minor repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team and contribute to the success of our organization. Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine grounds keeping tasks, maintenance and repairs, and tasks including painting and cleaning. Ability to work indoors and outdoors. Follow safety protocols and procedures when working with hazardous materials. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner. Must have reliable transportation.
