Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Person to help maintain our facilities and equipment, and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner. The right candidate must be able to work independently and possess the organizational skills and attention to detail required to ensure that work is completed quickly and well.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair physical structures, machines, and tools. Be familiar with the use of hand tools and power tools. Be familiar with basic hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers, levels, drills, and hammers. Be open to equipment cleaning as well as some daily cleaning of exterior/interior areas of property. Mornings required, flexibility in schedule preferred.
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Experience:
Facilities maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Preferred)
