Maintenance Worker

Looking for an experienced maintenance worker for an apartment complex. Would help flip units, do needed repairs for work orders, and maintain outside of buildings. Some of the common tasks include plumbing repairs, painting, drywall patches, woodwork, sub floor repair, siding and gutter repair, and roofing repairs. There is a crawl space under the building for plumbing repairs, and all the buildings are one story for roofing repairs. Would also be asked to show empty units to prospective tenants. There would be an occasional emergency involving extreme circumstances, such as plumbing leaks, that you would be on call to fix, and would be eligible for overtime. There would also be trashing out of units after tenant move out, cleaning the apartments, and cleaning the grounds of the complex weekly.
