Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer specializing in Landscape Maintenance to join our dynamic team. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape construction, maintenance, and horticulture while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities . Assist with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing irrigation systems to enhance landscape aesthetics. Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and snow plowing to keep properties pristine. Support tree care activities like pruning, trimming, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety. Maintain equipment and vehicles through regular inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting. Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members. Skills Experience with landscaping, gardening, lawn care, and horticulture practices. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation techniques. Knowledge of landscape maintenance including mowing, tree trimming, snow plowing, and general site upkeep. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. Strong teamwork skills combined with the initiative to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
