Porter/Maintenance Worker

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, offices, restrooms, and public spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Assist with floor care activities including buffing, polishing, stripping, and waxing to maintain a polished appearance Support facilities maintenance by performing minor repairs, painting walls or fixtures as needed, and reporting larger issues to management Ensure safety protocols are followed during cleaning and maintenance tasks to prevent accidents or hazards Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas such as parking lots and walkways through sweeping and debris removal Use industrial cleaning tools for specialized cleaning projects in both commercial and residential settings Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential environments preferred Experience with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices such as minor repairs and painting is advantageous Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and communicate effectively with team members Join us in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment! Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
