Are you an experienced maintenance professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in YARDI Facilities Manager? Leon Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Worker Led to oversee daily facilities operations, ensure safety and compliance, and guide a team of Maintenance Workers toward excellence. Key Responsibilities As our Maintenance Worker Lead, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality, safety, and efficiency of our facilities: Oversee all maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building upkeep. Use YARDI Facilities Manager to manage work orders, track maintenance activities, and generate reports. Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards. Lead, train, and support a team of Maintenance Workers. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs. Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety standards and best practices. Assist with budget planning and cost‑control strategies. Respond to facility‑related emergencies and minimize operational disruptions. Participate in meetings, trainings, and special projects. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service at all times. Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work required. Must complete 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. Ability to work extended hours when needed. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Highly organized with strong follow‑up and time‑management skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call shifts.
Bilingual:
