Job Description

Looking for a semi skilled to skilled individual to join our team as a "Jack of All Trades" Right Hand Man. Our properties require a wide range of maintenance, repair, and remodeling work. If you have a background in home remodeling, general maintenance, and hands-on problem-solving, this could be the perfect job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of home remodeling tasks, including carpentry, drywall, painting , and flooring. Conduct general repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Troubleshoot and basic maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems ( HVAC, electrical, plumbing licenses/certifications will be given top priority and pay!!) Exterior maintenance: fencing, fascia, soffit, roofing, and deck/dock repairs. This position requires a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to various tasks as needed. Qualifications:
Basic Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical (auto, diesel a plus) skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license a MUST. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed.
