On-Site Condo Maintenance Worker Full-Time

Property management company seeking full-time on-site maintenance personnel at condominium association on Manasota Key. We are a small, family-owned business with an interesting and flexible work environment. Reply with resume. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and repair Pool maintenance - Test chemicals and maintain perfect balance - Clean pool deck Ensure bathrooms are clean (floors, counter tops) Ensure bathroom supplies are stocked Preventative maintenance Painting (exterior, furniture, etc.) Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to work outdoors Must be willing to work independently Must maintain a professional appearance, manner and approach while on duty Good interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and a positive attitude Able to plan, organize, and prioritize projects and time English-Speaking Must be able to pass a background check The job also requires the employee to be on call for after hours emergencies every 3rd week and be able to be on site in 30 minutes or less, if called in.
