This role is responsible for maintaining common areas, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring all building systems and amenities are operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in common areas, including hallways, stairwells, parking areas, and shared amenities Conduct basic repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems Inspect buildings, equipment, and community grounds to identify and address maintenance needs Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain and service equipment such as lighting, irrigation systems, and mechanical components Assist with preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and facilities Ensure pool areas, fitness centers, and other amenities are safe, clean, and operational (if applicable) Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work Follow all safety procedures and building codes Assist with emergency repairs or after-hours issues as required Pool certification a plus++
Pay Rate:
$24 Full-Time
