Duties Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpet cleaning, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs. Collaborate with the Maintenance Director to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Requirements Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. .Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
