Myers, FL and seeking a versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your hands-on skills across a variety of tasks while contributing to the overall upkeep of our property. We value proactive team players ready to take on diverse responsibilities with enthusiasm. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is a full-time position. Duties Accomplishes a variety of maintenance functions as directed by the Maintenance Manager to complete workorders. Must accurately record all time expended and all materials used on a workorder form. May be required to assist in special projects with other departments, as necessary. May pick up garbage collection from the condominiums. May pick up recyclable materials from each condominium and deposit them in appropriate containers. Follows safety procedures, uses appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and adheres to OSHA and fire safety regulations. Execute scheduled maintenance on HVAC equipment, motors, pumps, generators, and pool equipment. Ability to operate equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Other related duties as required or requested. Education & Experience Possesses a general maintenance background and 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance. Some experience in electrical, plumbing, sewage systems, carpentry, painting, stucco and drywall repair, concrete and asphalt work, guttering, screening, roofing, and carpet installation required. Preferred stgrong understanding of electrical and mechanical installations and ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Must have own hand tools. Physical & Emotional Demands Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment and power tools. Must be in good physical condition to perform daily tasks that require climbing, bending, stooping, etc.

From $19.00 per hour
