This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various maintenance disciplines, including electrical work, welding, and facilities maintenance. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and functionality of our environment. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLC) and other machinery. Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs and modifications. Utilize electrical experience to perform repairs on electrical systems, including wiring and circuit troubleshooting. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and repair needs. Carry out residential painting duties as required to maintain aesthetic standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized ( Quore) Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical background. Proficiency in electrical systems, welding techniques, and reading schematics. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with staff and clients. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Experience in pool is a plus. Knowledge of using an ohmmeter for testing electrical components is beneficial.
