We have a few positions available starting in July and some in June. They will participate in a variety of tasks including (but not limited to): apartment repairs, plumbing and electrical repairs, furniture assembly, organization & inventory, garbage removal, painting, cleaning, pressure washing, and other duties as needed to facilitate the turnover and move-in of our apartments The right candidates will:

• Enjoy hard work and being outdoors
• Have the ability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Have open availability
• Have basic tools (depending on position)
• Have a positive and professional attitude/appearance
• Pass a background check
• Be a team player and have a strong work ethic Please note these are temporary positions.
