Maintenance Assistance Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistance to join our team at Waterford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Maintenance Assistance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing general maintenance and repair services. Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: + Painting + Repairing and replacing fixtures + Cleaning and maintaining common areas + Assisting with minor renovations and construction projects Respond to maintenance requests from residents, staff, and management in a timely and efficient manner Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues
Requirements:
0 years of experience in maintenance or a related field High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment:
The Maintenance Assistance will work primarily in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with occasional exposure to medical equipment and supplies. The role requires regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
