The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on production equipment and facility areas to help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties:

Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of all production equipment, machinery, and assigned work areas. Ensure the production floor is clean, organized, free of debris, and compliant with safety standards. Assist with minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks as needed. Inspect equipment and work areas regularly to identify maintenance needs. Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards. Support general facility maintenance tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in industrial cleaning, maintenance, or manufacturing preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety. Basic mechanical skills preferred. Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Schedule Availability Requirement:

Must have flexible availability and be willing to work any shift, including mornings, evenings, nights, overtime, and weekends as needed based on business demands.
