15-17 dollars based on experience.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED, a Level 2 background check is required. Must be 21yrs old due to nature of work and have a valid Florida driver's license. Ability to drive and tow trailers.
Job Description:
The candidate should have experience in building and ground maintenance, can perform heavy lifting up to 75 lbs. as needed, and is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Perform general building and grounds maintenance and repairs. Empty trash and prepare waste for pickup. Paint interior and exterior walls and trim. Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, concrete, masonry, and wood structures. Replace worn or damaged equipment parts, such as hoses, wiring, belts, switches, and fuses. Assist with moving furniture, unloading and storing supplies, and event setup and breakdown. Complete assigned work orders and other duties as directed by the supervisor.
