Job Description
Job description: Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Personnel to join our team and ensure the optimal operation and safety of our facilities. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and building infrastructure to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot repairs and work orders. Trash pickups. Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance history. Support residential painting projects and general facilities upkeep to enhance the safety and appearance of the premises. Supervise or assist with small teams during maintenance projects, providing leadership and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Qualifications Maintenance experience Active Drivers License Reliable transportation Clean record Time management, reliability, and punctuality.
