Maintenance Assistant Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant for a condo association on Hutchinson Island with over 500 homesites and large recreation area. Must have basic tool & mechanical knowledge with plumbing, electric, sewer, irrigation, and misc. repair experience. The ability to lift 40 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions is required. Hours are 7:30 a.m. -2:30 p.m. Mon-Fri.
