This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with residents, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks — with a strong focus on plumbing. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, toilets, faucets, and supply/drain lines throughout the property Respond promptly to work orders submitted by residents for plumbing and general maintenance needs Perform preventive maintenance inspections on plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances Coordinate with property management on priority repairs and emergency situations Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and local codes Maintain accurate logs of completed work orders and parts used Requirements 2+ years of plumbing or maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family or residential properties Solid working knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and repair techniques Ability to read and interpret basic plumbing diagrams or schematics General maintenance skills a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with residents Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Availability for occasional on-call or emergency response as needed What We Offer ✅ Competitive pay: $22-$25/hour depending on experience ✅ Stable, full-time schedule ✅ Supportive team environment ✅ Opportunity to grow within the company If you're a dependable maintenance professional with solid plumbing skills and a passion for keeping a community running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
