Pay Rate:
$15-$18 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview Melbourne Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to support the overall upkeep of our facility. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Perform painting throughout the facility, including wall preparation and finishing Patch and repair drywall as needed Move furniture and equipment (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs) Use tools and equipment safely and effectively Requirements Previous painting experience required Experience with drywall patching and preparation Ability to lift, move, and position items up to 50 lbs Proficiency with basic hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Why Join Us?
