The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills , be highly organized, and have a proven ability to assist in facility operations and maintenance in a healthcare setting. Practical knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or general maintenance skills. Requirements Reports to the Facilities Manager. Must have own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. High School Diploma or equivalent Assist with day-to-day operations and maintenance across all six medical locations, including an ASC. Perform hands-on facility repairs including HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance . Execute preventive maintenance schedules for all buildings and systems. Ensure facilities remain compliant with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) standards and are always inspection-ready. Conduct routine inspections of facilities and address safety or maintenance concerns proactively. Maintain records including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and vendor invoices. Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergency situations, including after-hours when necessary. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support operational needs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment and materials as needed for maintenance. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of urgency mindset. Must be comfortable traveling between multiple locations within Brevard County. Must be able to respond to urgent or emergency facility situations, occasionally outside of regular business hours.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
