Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces. Execute custodial tasks across various areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy, organized, and hygienic. Assist with residential painting projects as needed to support facility improvements and aesthetic upgrades. Carry out industrial cleaning tasks that require specialized equipment and techniques for large-scale or heavy-duty environments. Support facilities maintenance by inspecting equipment, reporting issues promptly, and performing minor repairs or coordinating repairs with vendors. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment during all tasks. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work or related facilities maintenance roles. Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and industrial cleaning techniques. Skilled in floor care including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors. Experience with residential painting or general maintenance is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and other custodial tools safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
