Job Description

Job description Seashore Senior Living has an immediate opening for a General Facilities Maintenance technician. Needs to have the ability to do the following: Proficiency in light construction (light mechanical, electrical, landscape, etc) General \"handyman\" skills Basic troubleshooting ability Getting estimates and supervising 3rd party vendors in maintenance and repairs Developing and adhering to maintenance schedules General understanding of facilities management
WHO WE ARE
Seashore Senior Living is an assisted living community that provides exceptional care to the elderly that require assisted living and memory care services. We provide a fun, energetic work environment, competitive compensation, upward mobility for career development, and schedule flexibility. This is a part-time position, needed approximately 3 days per week, but on call in case of emergencies.
