Job Description

A Hotel Maintenance job involves maintaining and repairing a hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff. This includes tasks like repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance, as well as addressing emergency repairs and ensuring safety standards are met. Must be detail oriented and take pride in property appearance. Efficiency in completing daily tasks within your scheduled shift.
Detailed Job Description:
Property Appearance:
Cleaning Property Daily, including taking out trash, cleaning parking lots and sidewalks in a timely Manner.
Maintenance & Repair:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs on the hotel's physical structure, equipment, and systems.
Preventative Maintenance:
Painting rooms, cleaning Ptac units, cleaning carpets.
Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC:
Troubleshoot and repair issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
General Building Maintenance:
Address issues with walls, floors, ceilings, and fixtures.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain and repair various equipment, including laundry and kitchen equipment, and pool systems (if applicable).
Safety Inspections:
Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Preventive Maintenance:
Follow a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Emergency Repairs:
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments to address issues and maintain optimal hotel operations.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
Pay:
$14.50 - $15.00 per hour
