Job Description
Overview We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis, with a starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Benefits available for full-time employees only. Duties Sweeping and mopping floors Emptying trash containers Keeping office and shop areas clean and organized Assisting with general property upkeep Performing miscellaneous tasks as needed Requirements Valid driver's license Dependable and punctual Ability to work both indoors and outdoors Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
