Position Summary We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Worker / Driver to join our team. The right candidate should have experience in residential and/or commercial landscape maintenance, be comfortable working outdoors in South Florida conditions, and be able to work well as part of a crew. This position may include driving a truck and trailer, operating lawn maintenance equipment, performing detailed property maintenance, assisting with trimming, cleanup, planting, irrigation observation, and maintaining luxury residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Lawn mowing, edging, blowing, and general landscape maintenance Hedge trimming, detail trimming, and property cleanup Palm and plant debris cleanup Loading and unloading equipment, plants, mulch, debris, and materials Driving a company truck and trailer when needed Safely operating commercial landscape equipment Maintaining a clean and professional appearance on job sites Following supervisor instructions Reporting property issues such as irrigation problems, plant stress, damaged areas, or safety concerns Helping maintain high-end residential, condominium, HOA, and commercial properties Working carefully around luxury homes, vehicles, pools, patios, and finished surfaces Qualifications Preferred qualifications: Valid Florida driver's license Clean driving record preferred Ability to drive a truck and trailer combination Experience with commercial lawn maintenance equipment Landscape maintenance experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Experience working on residential, commercial, HOA, condominium, or luxury properties is a plus Ability to work outdoors in the sun and heat Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and work physically throughout the day Ability to lift or pull up to 80 lbs when needed Reliable transportation to work Ability to report to work on time every scheduled day Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Hard-working and physically capable Detail-oriented Respectful and professional with clients and coworkers Able to take direction from supervisors Willing to learn and improve Able to work as part of a team Careful around high-end properties and client belongings Proud of doing the job correctly Why Work With Prolux Landscape?
