Warehouse & Maintenance

Warehouse Technician - Shipping, Receiving & Equipment Maintenance - We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Technician to support shipping and receiving operations while assisting with equipment maintenance. This position involves handling machinery and parts, maintaining inventory, and performing routine maintenance on chainsaw chains and guide bars and performing property related maintenance including parking lot cleaning, light carpentry repairs, light plumbing repairs, light painting, exterior yard and shrubbery maintenance and ability to manage external residential and commercial property tenant related issues on demand . The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship machinery and related parts Receive incoming shipments and organize inventory Maintain accurate inventory records Perform routine maintenance on chainsaw chains and guide bars Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs Perform basic equipment maintenance and light repairs as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Clean and maintain common work areas and tools

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication skills Well-organized with good problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements:

Must pass background and drug screenings Clean driving record is a plus Ability to lift equipment and parts and work in a warehouse setting

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
