Job Description
Ocean Grove RV Resort is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all staff and visitors. The schedule for this position includes weekends with weekdays off. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment and facilities to keep operations running smoothly Inspect buildings and equipment to identify issues and assist in recommending solutions Accurately document maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and materials used Provide professional and courteous service to guests and team members Assist with small projects and support more advanced maintenance tasks as needed Skills Working knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, or carpentry preferred) Good customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic maintenance issues Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
