Job Description

General Laborer - Full Time / Part Time We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to help with a variety of property maintenance and cleanup tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning and preparing rental properties Lawn care and basic landscaping Trash and debris removal Painting and touch-up work Small repairs and maintenance projects Loading, unloading, and moving materials General "grunt work" as needed to keep projects moving
Requirements:
Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors Ability to lift and carry heavy items Dependable and able to follow directions Bonus Skills (Higher Pay Available): Remodeling experience Carpentry Drywall repair Painting Flooring installation Plumbing or electrical experience General handyman skills Pay is based on experience and abilities. Applicants with remodeling, construction, or handyman experience may qualify for higher starting pay. If you're dependable, willing to work hard, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, we'd like to hear from you.
