Job Description

Royal Destinations, a luxury property management company on 30A, is looking to add to our Warehouse/Quality Assurance Department. If you are looking for full-time work, are detail-oriented, and have a sense of urgency and teamwork, then this might be a great opportunity! We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and the level of care that goes into inspecting our homes and delivering items to our guests.
OVERVIEW
The Property Inspector/Runner role is responsible for ensuring that the homes under their care are ready and prepped for the arrival of the guest. The Property Inspector will interact with cleaners, internal maintenance members, property manager, and in some cases the incoming guest. The Property Inspector performs a variety of tasks including, reporting and opening maintenance requests and concerns, coordinating with contract cleaners to ensure proper care and efficient cleaning, inspecting the cleanings of homes and coordinating any callbacks to cleaners, delivering housewares and linens to guests in-house, light maintenance items in the home. The primary point of contact for status of assigned properties with internal team Fully inspects the property for cleanliness and guest readiness Reports repair or replacement needs to the property manager Maintains high customer service standards and responds clearly and in a timely manner to both internal team and contract vendors Delivers housewares, linens, and other items to guests and cleaners while on the job Works in concert with housekeeping, prepares inventory lists, monitors cleanliness Performs light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, batteries, tightening handles Helps pack linens and amenities into laundry bags for cleaners to pick up Performs other related duties and assignments as required Must be able to download mobile apps and use via IOS or Android
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to drive, speak, and listen. The individual frequently is required to drive to visit properties often with multiple flights of stairs. Inspecting the homes may require light lifting, moving items within the home, and occasional cleaning under certain time restraints. Housekeeping prep will require lifting, minimal hauling, and bending. Work in the laundry warehouse will require lifting, handling, and loading laundry bags weighing up to 35 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. This job is primarily performed in rental homes with moderate to heavy noise levels. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to frequently inspect inside and outside areas of the property location and may be exposed to various weather conditions.
