Maintenance Worker Duties:

Daily Duties Bathrooms:

empty trash, wipe down counter and sink area, check stall and flush toilet if required, check urinal and flush each morning.

Pool Area:

clean up area around the pool and straighten up pool furniture, empty trash and blow off pool deck area. Empty trash can around the neighborhood, pick up trash bags around the trash dumpsters and place in the dumpster, remove large items (household items) from around the trash dumpsters and take to the large item dumpster on Bryon Pl. Blow off area around dumpsters Check and empty the dog waste cans around the neighborhood. Pickup trash around the neighborhood and along the street (Whitfield Ave in front of the complex) in the morning and at the end of the day. Pick up falling debris around the complex. And another request Maintenance Duties Trim small trees in front of the buildings as needed Prep building for pressure wash, Caulk and paint hardy board seams and lap over Repair fences and outside of building upon work orders.
