• THURSDAY Job Summary:

  We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team. A Maintenance Assistant is a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the Residents and their Guests. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Deep cleaning of tile and carpets
• Pressure washing
• Pool area maintenance and cleaning
• Paint touch-up & Drywall repairs
• Other duties as assigned by the

Property Manager & Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial or condominium maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners, tile cleaners, pressure washers, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Ability to follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
