Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in a utility, maintenance, or custodial role. Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Ability to operate light machinery or equipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to ensure a clean and safe environment. Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and grounds, reporting any major issues to the appropriate personnel. Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper storage and handling to maintain organization and safety standards. Support setup and breakdown of workspaces, events, or projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace and comply with regulatory requirements.
