Job Description Are you a skilled and dedicated maintenance professional looking to make a tangible impact on residential communities? Join Associa as a Maintenance Assistant and contribute to the upkeep and functionality of one of our beautiful managed properties located in Spring Hill, FL. We are seeking a reliable individual with a passion for ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment for our residents. What We Offer? Responsibilities' include but are not limited to: Perform daily clubhouse and event room setups, including weekly Bingo and monthly activities. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of pool area, fitness center, and surrounding amenities. Monitor and replenish supplies (water coolers, fitness equipment spray, dehumidifiers). Assist with seasonal and special projects (holiday decorating, carpet cleaning).
Perform routine outdoor maintenance:
leaf blowing, weed/ant control, pressure washing, and fence cleaning. Conduct quarterly deep cleaning of pool furniture and annual cleaning of exterior structures. Support minor repairs and upkeep (tennis nets, fans, awnings, windows). Collaborate with Maintenance Technician and Supervisor on shared tasks and additional assignments.
Requirements Requirements:
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and clients Must be able to work without direct supervision. Knowledge ofgeneral maintenancerequirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.) Knowledge of electrical andplumbing codesand maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.) Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements. Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements. Ability to safely operate, climb and perform work on ladders (1-2 stories) - 24-28ft.
