Part Time Maintenance Worker Natalie Estates RO Assoc Stuart, FL Job Details Part-time From $19 an hour 4 days ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Outdoor work Maintenance English Ladder use Driver's License Mechanical knowledge Facilities maintenance Full Job Description Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and must have a strong command of the English language. We are looking for a long-term relationship with someone who is loyal and honest. A maintenance position is for someone who takes initiative and can work with limited supervision.
Perform casual labor such as:
lifting/moving heavy items, light plumbing and electrical, routinely inspect common areas to ensure they are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. Must be able to climb ladders, trim small trees as needed. Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition and keep work areas neat and organized. Assist in maintaining records of scheduled maintenance procedures. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. Must be able to work outdoors, take the heat, be willing to learn, follow direction, and be flexible. Expected hours of work are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30 am to 12:30. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property. Position is approximately 15 hours per week, starting salary is $19.00 per hour depending on prior experience.
